はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、Chrome拡張機能「XBookmark Tagger」（以下「本拡張機能」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本拡張機能は、X（旧Twitter）のブックマークにタグ・フォルダ・メモを付与して整理するための非公式ツールです。

収集する情報

本拡張機能は、外部サーバーへの送信を目的とした情報の「収集」は一切行いません。ただし、機能を提供するために、ユーザーがブックマーク登録操作を行った際、または既存ブックマークの一括インポートを実行した際に、閲覧中のXのページ（DOM）から以下の情報を読み取り、ローカルに保存します。

ツイートID
ツイートのURL
ツイート本文（最大280文字）
投稿者の表示名
メディアのサムネイル画像URL
ログイン中のXアカウントのユーザー名（accountId）

また、ユーザーが本拡張機能の画面上で任意に入力した以下の情報も保存されます。

タグ
フォルダ名
メモ
要約（自由記述）

本拡張機能のmanifestファイルにはpermissions（Chrome権限）が一切指定されておらず、content_scriptsによるホストアクセス（https://x.com/*、https://twitter.com/*）のみを利用しています。storageやtabsなどのAPI権限は要求していません。

情報の保存場所

上記の情報は、すべてお使いのブラウザ内、本拡張機能のオリジンに紐づくIndexedDB（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。本拡張機能にはバックエンドサーバーが存在せず、アクセス解析（アナリティクス）やテレメトリの送信、Cookieの発行も行っていません。

ユーザーがエクスポート機能（JSON/CSV形式でのダウンロード）を明示的に使用した場合に限り、データはお使いの端末上のファイルとして書き出されます。この場合も、拡張機能自身が外部サーバーへデータを送信することはありません。

第三者への提供

本拡張機能は、収集・保存した情報を第三者に提供、共有、販売することは一切ありません。外部のAPIサービスや広告配信サービス、解析サービスとの連携も行っていません。

データの削除方法

以下のいずれかの方法で、保存されたデータを削除できます。

本拡張機能のUI上で、個別のブックマーク・タグ・フォルダ・メモを削除する
本拡張機能をChromeからアンインストールする（アンインストールにより、IndexedDB内のすべてのデータが自動的に削除されます）

アナリティクス・トラッキング

本拡張機能は、Google Analyticsなどのアクセス解析ツール、行動トラッキング、広告目的のトラッキングを一切導入していません。利用状況に関するデータが開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。

免責事項

本拡張機能はX Corp.が提供する公式サービスではなく、非公式かつ個人開発のツールです。X Corp.との提携・協力関係、承認関係は一切ありません。
X側の仕様変更（DOM構造の変更、機能の廃止等）により、予告なく本拡張機能が正常に動作しなくなる、または動作を停止する可能性があります。
本拡張機能の利用は、すべて自己責任で行ってください。本拡張機能の利用により生じたいかなる損害（データの損失を含む）についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
本拡張機能の利用にあたっては、Xの利用規約を遵守する責任はユーザー自身にあります。

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the “XBookmark Tagger” Chrome extension (the “Extension”) handles information. The Extension is an unofficial tool that lets users organize their X (formerly Twitter) bookmarks with tags, folders, and memos.

Information We Handle

The Extension does not “collect” any information for transmission to an external server. To provide its functionality, when a user bookmarks a tweet or runs a bulk import of existing bookmarks, the Extension reads the following information directly from the currently viewed X page (the DOM) and stores it locally:

Tweet ID
Tweet URL
Tweet text (up to 280 characters)
Author’s display name
Media thumbnail URLs
The username (accountId) of the currently logged-in X account

The Extension also stores information the user voluntarily enters within the Extension’s own interface:

Tags
Folder name
Memo
Summary (free text)

The Extension’s manifest declares an empty permissions array — it does not request any Chrome permissions such as storage or tabs. It only relies on content-script host access to https://x.com/* and https://twitter.com/*.

Where Information Is Stored

All of the information above is stored exclusively within your browser, in an IndexedDB database scoped to the Extension’s own origin (local browser storage). None of this information is transmitted to any external server. The Extension has no backend server, and it does not use analytics, telemetry, or cookies.

Data leaves your device only if you explicitly use the export feature (downloading your data as JSON or CSV) — and in that case, the file is saved directly to your own machine, not transmitted anywhere by the Extension.

The Extension does not share, disclose, or sell any collected or stored information to third parties. It does not integrate with any external APIs, advertising services, or analytics services.

How to Delete Your Data

You can delete stored data in either of the following ways:

Delete individual bookmarks, tags, folders, or memos from within the Extension’s UI.
Uninstall the Extension from Chrome. Uninstalling automatically deletes all data stored in IndexedDB.

Analytics and Tracking

The Extension does not use any analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), behavioral tracking, or advertising trackers. No usage data is sent to the developer or any third party.

Disclaimer

The Extension is an unofficial, independently developed tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.
Changes to X’s website (such as DOM structure changes or feature removals) may cause the Extension to stop working correctly at any time, without notice.
Use of the Extension is entirely at your own risk. The developer is not liable for any damages, including data loss, arising from use of the Extension.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Extension complies with X’s Terms of Service.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, this page will be updated, and where possible, notice will also be given via the Chrome Web Store listing or release notes. Please check this page for the latest version.
